The leader of the “Lebanese Forces” party, Samir Geagea, met in Maarab with MP Nadim Gemayel, who was accompanied by Jean Zeilal, a member of the political bureau in the “Kataeb” party. The meeting was also attended by MPs Ghassan Hasbani and Jihad Pakradouni, along with the “Lebanese Forces” Beirut coordinator, Elie Sharabshi.
Gemayel described the meeting as productive, noting that they discussed key issues on both the national and regional levels, with a particular focus on the upcoming municipal and mayoral elections.
He emphasized the importance of holding these elections on schedule, stressing the need to proceed with the democratic process and ensure the rotation of power without any delays.
In this context, Gemayel called for intensified joint efforts to form a broad alliance in Beirut to achieve equal representation and ensure fair representation for all areas of the capital.
